Located in the lively Yeondong area of Jeju City, Benikea I-Jin Hotel is just a 5-minute drive from Jeju International Airport. The hotel offers a free-access business center by the 24-hour front desk.

Each room at the hotel is equipped with air conditioning, satellite flat-screen TV and refrigerator. Selected rooms come with a private balcony with city views. Private bathroom is fitted with shower facilities.

Wonderful

good for a one night stay before flying off. close to airport. convenience store nearby. nice huge and modern bathroom. hotel staff helped us order fried chicken from their phone, super thankful for their help!

we were on third floor and traffic was a little loud.

Have recommended this hotel to friends and family

The room and toilet were super big and provided everything that a 5-star hotel should have provided like a mini fridge, bottles of water, towel, soap and shampoo, etc. The hotel is conveniently located 5 mins drive from the airport and close to many eateries and a convenience store and an ATM.

The restaurant did not have a restaurant, which was something I hoped for, especially after 8-9 hours of sightseeing

weather was getting cold. We come from a all-year summer country. Even in cold weather, we rather have aircon in higher temperatures and not heater. Despite having temperature at 18 degrees, we felt warm.

bathroom top too narrow, more hooks/hanging bars in bathroom.

It was good value for money and clean.

It was far from tourist attractions but that's not the hotels fault. Research should be done before booking a hotel in Jeju.

Served our needs!

This is a basic property for a clean and fuss-free stay. I had no issues given the price. Room was clean and location was good. Staff were quite helpful and recommended a good eatery down the road for dinner that served a great black pork bbq meal!

Bathroom was a little cramp and there wasn’t much space for toiletries.

Clean, comfortable accomodation, good breakfast buffet, easy access to airport

The room was comfortable and clean. Good value for money. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent, with good choices of western and Korean food. The proximity to the airport was useful and it was super easy to get there on the bus. The staff were very helpful and friendly too.

The only downside was the view from the window of the brick wall of the building next door, which was extremely close and caused the room to be a little dark. Obviously this is why the room was so cheap, but we didn't spend much time in the hotel room during the day so it really wasn't much of an issue.

Wonderful

Opposite hotel there is an open space where you can park your car. Compared to the hotel parking it is more spacious and easier to park. Is free, just need to give the car number plate to hotel receptionist. Hotel bathroom is big and toiletries are provided.

Preferably have disposable slippers that are more hygiene conscious

Wonderful

Staff member super nice. The room is quite clean, comfortable to stay. I love how well-located this hotel is, too. You could find very tasty local restaurants in the neighborhood.

The wind from the air conditioner aims right to the bed. Could catch cold if I turn it on. But if I turn it off it's stuffy.

Great location, good rate, no early check-in

The hotel was next to the airport which was perfect for our early flight arrival. However they were not able to check us in until 3pm even though I asked for an earlier check-in. The room itself was clean but furniture is a little dated. The TV was working and bathroom was spacious and clean. Very nice hotel for one night. Breakfast also very good with many selections.

A little dated but it meets the needs of staying for one night.

generally enjoyable and comfortable stay. will consider this hotel again if it has spruced up its furnishings when I ret

the suite room is big and has 2 toilets - one with the tub and the other is the normal shower room. jacuzzi works fine and was great to use especially after climbing Mount Hallasan nice and relaxing there’s convenience store nearby the reception staff Anna speaks good English and is very welcoming. always a joy to see her in the morning or when returning in the evening. she also gave me a good recommendation to hike Bijari forest followed by a stroll along a nearby beach.

there’s not much food options nearby and the nearest street with many restaurants options is about 10 mins walk away. furnishings look a bit old and need some sprucing up. carpet tiles need some shampooing and so does the sofa. there’s a nice balcony to sit and enjoy but no instructions on how to set up the outdoor heater most of the staff don’t speak good English, eg I asked for an iron and they couldn’t understand. I had to show a photo to explain and they only had a steam iron that didn’t help in ironing my blouse.

Close a lot of restaurants in the area. Mostly walking distance. Park closeby. Has a private garage for parking. Parking spaces are very tight and only had 10-12 spaces available.

Good value if you're looking for nice affordable place to stay in Jeju

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice size room with big window overlooking the nearby small mountain. For the price very good value.

The hotel decor appears outdated compared to most other hotels we stayed in Seoul. The location wasn't the best so next time we visit Jeju we'll stay somewhere near one of the nice beaches instead.

Nice hotel conveniently located with comfy beds and helpful staff

We stayed in one of the larger rooms with a spa and balcony on the top floor. The bed was super comfy and the view over JeJu, fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The power kept shorting out when we tried to charge devices. This happened 3 times in a 4-day stay and when it happened it took out all the power points in the room and the wifi, which was annoying. The staff were very helpful to get it fixed each time but it often took several hours.

Overall, we spent a great time.

Breakfast and the restroom.

The room floor/the mat needs to clean up. It looks dirty and old. The bed was a bit small for couples.
